I really love the product period. Is sharpens like indicated, And slices paper like a razor every single time. My only qualm about it is it’s kind of hard to sharpen my chinese cleaver. I have to elevate the tumblerand lower the knife. Other than that I have no qualms and it’s a great product. Probably one of the best sharpeners out there worth every penny!

I can’t believe the ease of using this sharpener. I’m one of those that never did well with whetstone because I could never keep the angle steady enough to get a razor edge. The tumbler takes that difficulty away without a bulky setup.
